Our Mission
Foodservice Consultants West is focused on providing effective, personalized business consulting, sales and marketing services supporting food manufacturers that are interested in expanding into the food service channels in the US. From an exploratory analysis to a complete launch, we are here to provide support services in all phases to help your business navigate the complex and competitive food service channel. Our services are offered on a project basis, so there are no long term commitments, only answers and results. We are not a brokerage company, rather a consulting organization that can provide a detailed plan and execution strategy to achieve your goals in expanding into the food service channel.

In 2020, grew a small regional Asian food manufacturer into a national competitor in less than 3 yrs.
In 2014, transformed a Canadian nonfood equipment company with minimal representation in the US into a national leader in 3 yrs with coverage in 44 states.
Worked with a variety of regional and national restaurant chains for over 15 yrs
Designed 4 business plans for the largest Asian grocery chain in US focusing on foodservice penetration, redistribution, exportation and mainstream grocery.
Successfully launched three new age beverage lines in the Southern CA market into over 300,000 annually cases within 2 years.
In 2016, doubled the US footprint for a regional protein manufacturer in two years.
